Team Relay events are expanding. The 2026 OCR World Championships will feature team competitions across sprint and cross-country formats, with new Age Group divisions introduced. Sprint relays include a 100m Team Relay and a 400m Team Relay, both available in Elite, Age Group, and Adaptive divisions. The Cross-Country Team Relay is run on a cross-country OCR course and features Male, Female, and Mixed Elite teams, alongside Age Group teams in the same categories. It is time to start assembling your teams and run for glory August 2026. Athletes will have the opportunity for rig practice on Wednesday ahead of competition as part of their race entry. There is also paid practice available on Tuesday 4 August.
