The Standard Course is a 12 km+ championship race contested across the scenic surroundings of Limerick Racecourse, featuring a challenging mix of terrain and obstacles that test strength, endurance, and obstacle proficiency. This is an event not to be missed, with divisions including Elite, Age Group, and Adaptive. Athletes will have the opportunity for rig practice on Wednesday ahead of competition as part of their race entry.
