The 100m Sprint OCR at the OCR World Championships will be run on the Championship course first used in 2025. This is a world-record-eligible course, delivered under published competition procedures and overseen by the Event Technical Committee. Athletes receive two runs of the course, with the fastest competitors progressing through qualification into knockout rounds that decide the world champions. Divisions include Elite, Age Group, Adaptive, and Team Relay. Athletes will have the opportunity to practise the course on Wednesday ahead of competition as part of their race entry. There is also paid practice available on Tuesday 4 August.
